Public Workshops

There are three main public workshops: Getting TPM & Lean to Work in an Australasian Workplace (2-day), TPM³ Advanced Training (3-day), and our 5 day live-in TPM³ Instructor's / Leadership Course.

Our flagship Getting Lean & TPM to Work 2-day workshop (formerly known as Introduction to TPM³) was originally created back in the early 90s and has since been formally updated (new editions created) to reflect both our learnings from assisting clients on their TPM³ Journey's since 1996 and the latest trends in industry. To date over 2560 people from some 316 companies throughout Australasia have attended this workshop.
