In-House Workshops
The in-house workshops cover not only what is offered publicly, but also more importantly a comprehensive range of workshops covering all 10 TPM3 Improvement Activities .
To support management, we have also developed a series of quarterly strategy planning tools to assist the site leadership teams to reflect on their previous 3 months of activities and to establish realistic business related goals and targets for the following 3 months.
To support the improvement teams we have created a comprehensive range of team member manuals, which provided detailed step-by-step guidelines spanning each 12-week cycle of improvement activities.
