CTPM is a membership-based organisation assisting companies since 1996 to develop and unleash the full potential of their people, equipment and processes using Lean & TPM (TPM3).
Our fully qualified and experienced team of Navigators located throughout Australasia are able to assist you on the Journey to Operations Excellence. They provide on-site facilitation and training support as part of a tailored program to suit the specific needs and goals of your organisation as you progress your Improvement Journey.
Over years of refinement, CTPM has developed a 10 Step Improvement Activity Program to assist our clients in achieving World Class Performance Standards.
The Program involves a series of consecutive Focus Area Improvement Workshops spread over the following key phases:
- Awareness & Preparation
- Demonstration & Learning
- Assessment & Planning
- Implementation
Typically, each Focus Area Improvement Activity will span over a 12-week cycle.
Dependent upon the needs and goals of your Improvement Journey, we offer a variety of workshops and training resources as well as one-day workshops to complement and re-enforce your learning's from the program.
Key workshops, which may be undertaken either at public training events or in-house, include:
- Getting TPM & Lean to Work 2-Day Interactive Workshops
- 3-Day TPM3 Advanced Training Workshop with a natural progression to the
- TPM3 Leadership / Instructor's Course for those companies wanting to achieve in-house capability.
CTPM offers a variety of networking opportunities including our major annual event, the Lean & TPM Annual Forum.
