Bill, who is Mackay based, has over 30 years of metallurgy, manufacturing and operational management experience in Australia and New Zealand, as well as business analyst, manufacturing excellence training and facilitation experience. Bill has worked in the coal mining, steel and coal industries along with 3 years of providing consulting, training and facilitation support to the general manufacturing sector. Bill moved to Mackay in 2005, and was involved in providing production support services to the local coal mines. Since joining CTPM in January 2010, Bill has been assisting Sucrogen BioEthanol and Sugar Australia (QLD) as they progress their TPM & Lean Journeys.
