Samantha who is Wollongong based, spent 2 years in the service industry before training as a Primary School Teacher at the University of Wollongong resulting in two bachelor degrees. After 2 years of hands-on teaching in a variety of Illawarra primary schools, Samantha joined CTPM in January 2009 to assist in the development and delivery of Leadership and Team Skills training. To further enhance her workplace training skills Samantha completed her Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Since joining CTPM, Samantha has been assisting Spiers Engineering as they progress their TPM & Lean (TPM3) journey.
