Paul, who is Melbourne based, has recently joined CTPM after 9 years experience with Toyota Australia. His key role with Toyota was implementing global content programs (Problem Solving, Toyota Way, Manager's Role and Quality Control Circles) across Toyota Australia. Paul was certified as a Problem Solving trainer and coach with Toyota in 2009. His approach is that people development and good problem solving leads to company-wide improvement. His expertise is in facilitating teams to achieve sustainable results. Since joining CTPM in August 2010, Paul has been assisting ITW Buildex, Goulburn-Murray Water and B&D Doors & Openers as they progress their TPM & Lean Journeys.
