We are seeking experienced Lean & TPM practitioners to join our professional full-time team of CTPM Navigators as we continue to assist some of Australasia's leading companies along their Lean & TPM (TPM3) journey to world class manufacturing / mining / service.

Key Attributes of a CTPM Navigator:
- Good knowledge of Lean & TPM with a passion to learn more
- At least 1 tertiary qualification
- At least 10 years of hand-on operations and management experience
- Track record of successful formal continuous improvement in the workplace
- Good presentation (and training) skills
- Good computer literacy especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
The initial focus of the role will be to provide on-site facilitation, training and consulting support to our clients so as to assist them to achieve significant bottom-line results.We see the role expanding into assisting in the further development / evolution of our methodologies, and to support and promote the growth of our membership and client base.
